I've read a lot of bad reviews on the dalbey program on here, and I am shocked! I've read that the website is a scam, that they steal your leads on the list page, and that the whole system is a scam along with the protege, and so fourth. You know what, I first bought the program for $30.00 and I now work on multi million dollar note deals!! And guess what, most of those multi million dollar deals, come through the free website that supposedly does not work. You know those people that sit in the back of a classroom and shoot spit wads all day, and then wonder how come they failed? And then they want to point the finger at the good student at the front of the class and makes straight A's because they but fourth the effort, and time to study, and actually learn. Well, you'll are the spit wad kids. You just want to sit back and have everything come easy to you. You want someone else to do the hard work for you, and then pass around the cheat sheet. Let me tell you, I read that entire course cover to cover, at least five times before I even began to go to court house's, or do any type of telemarketing. I learned it, not just try to skate by. Then when I called for help, they told me to take step by step, not to get ahead. So, that's what I did. When I posted my first Note, I called before even posting it. And you know what, they told me step by step how to do it. They even told me, Don't put the sellers name under contact, put mine or else I would get bypassed. And that's exactly what happened to someone who wrote something negative. But, I'll bet they never called first to know exactly what to do. The support staff was with me every step of the way just as they said they would be all the way down to helping me understand how to write the contracts and etc. Yes, I paid $1,500 dollars for the website course and studied that and applied myself to it. And now it serves as good source of leads for me. But, the main point is the program itself is not a rip off. The road to success is paved with failure. And believe me, I failed a lot before I started to see success. I could have easily given up, and said this was a rip off after the 15'th time I failed. But, common sense alone tells you that this is a legit business, it has been for centuries. I just think maybe instead of using all of your energy for negativity you all should use it in a more positive manner like keep trying and quit trying to blame others for failure. There's know one to blame for your failure's except for yourself, but use it as a learning experience and move forward, don't sit there and be piss'd off because the smart kid didn't pass the cheat sheet. This is education, very valuable information that if you ask me, is priceless. Besides, I went to college, and spent a whole lot more on college, and made a whole lot less with my career than with what I've spent and made with this education

I get a kick out of reading these things! I purchased the cash flow books last july, but didn't get into it until december. I was only charged $40, they never charged me more. I then joined the protege course, and all the courses are very informative. The amount of information you get you wouldn't get on your own until you have been in the business for years. So to get a jumpstart is great! To all the people who have wasted thousands of dollars only to complain about it, that's your own fault. Nobody twisted your arm and forced you to spend your money, I feel like y'all are looking for a scapegoat because you couldn't make it work and now want to point a finger. It never says anywhere that you are to only rely on note network to post notes...you are actually motivated to network with your OWN investors. This way you are guaranteed to make money. I know this works, and I've communicated with many people who have made it work and became successful. As with anything in life, you have to work at things to get a return from it. So instead of trying once and failing and giving up, get back up and try again!!!

This program is legit. you need to realize this program is not for everyone. it takes time and effort. although infomerical makes it easy. dalby is very smart how he started the program. you need to understand that it takes money to make money. follow the steps closely and apply it to what he says . dont give up to easily. thats why everyone complains that the system didnt work for them. i personally read every book, understand and then apply what to start. my very first deal i made 2,100.00 . it took time, but well worth it!!

My folks got into this a couple of years ago. I was sort of skeptical about it, as it seemed like a sort of spontaneous purchase. Anyways, they've had a history in real estate and what not, and know fairly well the workings of that, so that helped this a bit. The system could be deemed complicated to an average person, but there are plenty of helpful people in the business too, my folks included. The concept of the program is fairly simple too, but then, I've helped my parents on it quite a few times. I'd recommend finding someone who can help you with this program if you do decide to invest in it, as it will be tremendously helpful. Another thing, make sure you actually read the book. I went to one of the seminars that the company puts on, and my parents were asked a question by a person who had spent several hundred dollars to go to this, and didn't even know what they were talking about. This will work, but it takes time and diligence to do it. Sorry of this seems to be a bit rambling, but please, don't think this is a scam. The owner is a great guy.
